Hi mbuerstatte, welcome to the Board.

Many of the paperweights from Murano are hard to identify as being from specific years. Usually the best that can be done is something like: "1st quarter 20th century", "Mid 20th century" or "1960s/70s". Perhaps someone will be able to give a reasonable idea of when your weight was made but it might only be a generalisation.

Most people on the Board prefer not to give specific comments on value as such information cannot be offered in the same manner as a professional assessment. But sometimes a rough idea, or ballpark figure might be suggested.

Hi mbuerstatte

I offer (free) advice on valuation through my website - there is also some information on Murano paperweights there.
