Unsure but feels a well made piece the pontil scar appears to have been fire-polished to hide any roughness...
The top colour of red has varying shades from red to orange like a sunset. Nice weighty piece thick glass..
4"wide x 5.25" Maybe a modern TKMAXX but seems attractive in its own way would be nice to attribute thanks for looking...
