Hi,
    my area is Whitefriars, but have bought a couple of weights that I am hoping are Ysart to start a collection. Can anyone confirm this paperweight and the next one or alternatively educate me to spend my money more wisely. It has what seem to me typical canes on a black / dark purple ground with a snapped/rough pontil.

Yes, Paul Ysart, 1930s.
