Title: Anyone know what the heck this is? Iridescent Glacier Ice Cube?
Post by: lostworldbooks on April 24, 2013, 01:11:19 AM
The owner said it was bought in an antique store in the 1940's, that is all I know other than I can't stop looking at it from different angles, this way and that way...  the colors it produces are incredible, I have not seen the likes of this before! Thanks for any info...  Rick

It's... a pretty lump of iridescent glass.  :) Looks to me to be far more recent than the '40s though.

Sorry I can't help more - not my area, although somebody else may well know more. Welcome to the gmb. :)
