Title: Glowing green vase

Hi , not had any luck in finding this maker / era for this mould blown green vase which glows well under black light. 6inches tall with a diamond patterned body design.

No a vase. I don't know the maker but I have a whole selection of similar sized vases and they often come in pairs.My best guess would be English
