Title: multilayered vase

I had such an interesting multilayered vase. heavy. I count 4 layers. apparently it is not new, but I do not know when it was made. I do not know who did it.
what can you tell me about this vase?

It looks like a piece of Mandruzatto to me.

The layered effect is called sommerso, meaning 'submerged' in Italian.
