Hi, i was wondering if anyone can help with info on these tiny glasses which are hand painted, date? etc, are these collectable? any info would be great, they are boxed and in great condition

Google Translate might help to get the important bits of the info ::).
Eduard Rau was their official distributor in Munich. In 1893 he was granted the title of Hoflieferant - which helps date the items.

I was puzzled by Wuff's word Hoflieferant as it's not one I've seen before, so I found a meaning (adding here for reference) http://www.dict.cc/german-english/Hoflieferant.html - apparently it means Royal Warrant Holder, purveyor to the court, purveyor by appointment, purveyor to the Royal Household, so is the German equivalent of the UK's By Royal Appointment status.
