Title: Multilayered small glass ID

I have a modern glass for a while with unusual decoration. On the opalescent glass body there is a layer of textured brownish-grayish layer of glass and on the top of that is a shiny layer of coloured strip decoration. height is 12 cm and there is a polished pontil mark on the bottom.
