Can anyone decipher the sig on this decanter please. The stopper has initials that I can't read either. It's very nicely done. 1980 in date.

I am also trying to name the Breed of dog. I am looking at Setters, English looks close but dogs are not my strong point unless they are Staffordshire or Labrador. I have looked at lists of Hadeland engravers and ended up more confused than when I began.
