Title: Help Identify High Relief Enamel Gilded Lamp?

I think this is a lamp base but am not sure. I can't find anything similar and hope someone here can confirm or otherwise, also any idea on the maker? It is 9 inches tall, weighs 500 grams and the metal top is firmly attached.

Or maybe it is a perfume atomiser?

Its in all probabitity an atomizer minus the hardware...either Czech or Italian since both made these types of items.

Yep pretty certain it is an atomiser Ohio, thanks for that. This glass is deeply unpopular in Australia these days - you can't give it away. Which is a real shame because some of it is gorgeous!
