Title: Cased vase - black over clear - cut through

Hi, dear experts!

I bought a Sommerso vase.
But I can not find any information about it.
please, help if you can.

Hiya!
This isn't sommerso, I'm afraid. It is cased glass, and it has been cut (rather roughly) to reveal the colour underneath.
(Sommerso is layers of different coloured glass, when you can see each colour individually.)

I would suspect your attractive vase is contemporary Chinese.
