Title: Large Cobalt Blue Glass Suncatcher (Medieval Irish Cross?)

I cannot find this large cobalt blue suncatcher anywhere on the internet.  I don't believe it's Pairpoint, Blenko or Holmegaard. Maybe other Scandinavian? Any help would be appreciated.

Not sure this is helpful, but it´s a crusader´s cross.  ???
