Title: Uranium green bowl with etched design, any IDeas?

I haven't a clue about this bowl, does anyone recognise it? Glows like mad under UV!

the shallow depth and rather flowery close knit patterning, makes me think it has a similarity with some of the States Depression Glass decoration.        Not something I know anything about, but perhaps someone from the other side of the pond can say yes or no to my thoughts :)

I was thinking Jeanette or Hazel Atlas... is another one Cambridge?
But definitely amercian depression glass.
