Title: Boheimian ? Green/ Gold Cornicopia Vase on long stemmed base.

This vase is beautiful but I know nothing about it.  Someone suggested old Moser but I can find nothing like this doing a Moser search.
Hope someone can give me the back ground on this piece.  Thanks for any help!
