dear experts!
some time ago I bought a very interesting piece in an antique shop.
looks like a small cup. yellow amber glass or crystal. sound - sonorous. covered with enamel or ... I do not know what. blue color. seems that glows inside.
help to find out who could make it, and when.
I think it is - the antique and the bohemian.
What do you think?
6,5 inches in height with lid.

Yulia that looks very pretty - I love the citrine coloured base glass. Is it possible to post picture of your lidded vase against a plain white background please as it is very difficult to see the finish on the blue overlay against the dark background.
On your pictures the blue overlay looks as though it is matt not shiny.
Many thanks

hi! I tried to make another pictures.

Thanks :)
I've never come across an overlaid piece that has a matt finish. Is the blue shiny? or not?

not shiny, it's mat. it doesn't look enameled. but I can't understand what is it)

Overlaid glass that has then been acid matted maybe? do you think it might have been shiny but has been subsequently abraded to a matt surface perhaps?
It's curious.

does not appear that it was glass.
looks like enamel finish, but matte. ???
it looks like a blue glaze.

It's difficult to tell without holding it but from the pictures it looks to me as though it is overlaid blue glass on citrine and then the pattern has been cut through to the citrine and polished but that the blue layer has not been polished, or has been deliberately matt acid etched, or has been damaged subsequent to buying maybe? those are the only three things I can think.
Is there much movement marks on the base to indicate age?

I bought it already in this condition. it was already with small scratches. the gold painted number 2 is on the bottom.
maybe it's the church item? such as cup for oil? for chrism?
what do you think?
I appreciate your attention to the subject.
