Title: Bohemia Glass Vase Designer?

First, I apologize for the choice of background for the photos!  I came across this Sommerso vase in a thrift shop and was a bit surprised to see the remnants of a generic Bohemia Glass sticker.   Would anyone have an idea as to who might have designed this piece and is it from the 60's?  I liked the fact that a subtle twist was introduced which to my mind makes it more interesting and the refracted light spectrum at the top.
