I found this link that maybe of interest to glass historians, particularly Adam Dodds, but no doubt he knows it.
What about a new heading of "Glasshouses and Glass works"?
The difference is the glass house is where the glass is formed, whereas a Glass Works is the whole site including cold end inspection, processing, drilling, sandblasting, decorating, etc.

Thanks Stephen, Chris Stewart whose site that is, is a member her too, so some of us have visited, but others may not have done. It's a cracking site though. We have a sticky topic at the top of the forum for 20th Century British Glass Works: http://www.glassmessages.com/index.php/topic,25679.0.html
