Title: Large Swirl blue Glass Dish - ID = Tim Simon at Uredale Glass

I have purchased a stunning large Aqua Swirled glass dish.  It is signed something like Twitty J Simon and has an impressed mark on the pontil which is a bit like a stick man.  I have posted some photos and wondered if anyone had any ideas what it could be?

The stick man is a glass blower, the logo of Uredale Glass. It's signed by Tim Simon http://www.uredale.co.uk/ Not quite sure what the Twitty is but it sounds like the design name
