Title: folded footed blown glass red applied decor circa 1955-1960

Hi all. I cannot really attribute this piece. It also slightly defies conventional description as it is not quite a basket, or a bowl, or a plate. It is beautifully made and is very similar to some Czech pieces I have but also could be 1960's quality European glass. I am hoping someone may recognise it. It has a flat polished base like some ZBS or Karlovarske Sklo. Approx 18 or 20 cm tall. Beautifully made........

difficult to judge the size but is it a Napkin holder?

It is a lovely thing, thanks M. It stands well as a sculpture, maybe it was designed to carry something, I really have no idea!!
