Title: Miniature black pressed glass thistle jug
Post by: Anne E.B. on June 26, 2013, 07:15:34 PM
Just wondering if this could have been made at Canning Town Glassworks?  I've looked at previous threads on Canning Town Glass, but haven't spotted any reference to black pieces.  Its only 2¼" high and made in a three part mold and has a 12 point star on the base.  May be an individual creamer?
I'd be pleased to hear what anyone thinks. ;)

It's a Bagley Celtic creamer, though I've never seen it in black, from 1964 onwards

Not as old as I thought it might have been.
Many thanks Christine ;)
