Title: sort of controlled bubble vase

I need help with this vase. I was told it may be Mdina but I am not sure, the bubbles at the top where the rim is have made holes. I don't know how to describe this. any help would be appreciated thanks

I am a beginner and don't know who made your vase, but I would say this is maybe not Mdina.
