The type of decoration strongly suggests a Belgian origin, either from the workshops of Wirths or of their main decorator Pierre Jost. Souvenir ware from Belgium was exported as far afield as Switzerland, England, Germany, the Netherlands and I would not be surprised to see a manx version. I have one lidded pot with pictures from Whitley Bay.
Unable to confirm this as there is no sig and the bronze mount is unfamiliar.
