Title: Medicine glass in case

Dear all,

I think this is a medicine glass, as that is what is written in the case. ( call me Sherlock )  :-\

The glass is 64 mm tall and 51 mm wide across the top. It has etched or scratched number/level markings which seem crudley made.

Any ideas of age, maker, value would be greatly appreciated,

For value look at similar completed items on ebay. Perhaps 1930s for date - mostly as it looks in good condition, so far from scientific!

I have a larrger version of the same, also in a leather case. These were used in Pharmacies and date from the end of the 19th century.
