Title: Czech vase?

I think it's Czech. Assumed it was Sklo Union but haven't found it in their catalogue (may have blinked and missed it). Any suggestions?

Only a guess, but perhaps a Frantisek Peceny design, the moulding detail reminds me of some of their other designs.
