The ebay auction for this has just finished.  Surely it's Baccarat?

Hi

I feel it is a reasonable buy - the air ring and also the star-cut base are less than perfect.  If you look at the base view there is a noticeable bruise running up into the air ring (as the seller notes).  Also, the star cut base is in two concentric sections, because the pontil mark has not been ground out fully.  I suspect there was not enough glass over the torsade to allow that to be done - the side view shows the torsade abnormally low in the dome.  It is a good size, so I think the price is fair provided the tuft is well centred - which you cannot decide from the images supplied.  A top quality one of that size might cost you £1000 or more.
