Can anyone assist me in identifying the glass artist and date made of an Orrefors bowl with the identification number F4160-131?

I'm a complete novice at this and it's only because i will be asking a similar orrefors id question,but i think that stands for Edwin Ohrstrom.

It's always worth trying the Board's search...........not my area, but it looks as thought that is the correct answer.

Since the OP has it ided as Orrefors & designer/date info is requested it would probably be a good idea to move it the Scandinavian Glass section as I've had good success on that board when I've know the id but needed designer/date coding.
