Title: rindskopf vase? - carnival glass? - ID?

hello, somebody told me that this is a rindskopf vase. - but i'm not so sure about that.
produced rindskopf such vases? is it a moulded glass? there are 4 grooves just as by moulded glass but only at the bottom of the vase.
can anybody help me, please?

Dugan's Spiralex I think. Carnival for sure.
