Title: Blue Carnival Glass bowl

Hi - anyone know maker/pattern of this bowl in blue.

Have you tried Fenton 'Two Flowers' ?

the banding at the top looks right as does the main circle of flowers but after that I can't be too sure

I'd agree.  Fenton's 'Two Flowers' was made in several colors and forms, both with and without feet.
