hello, does anybody know who produced this murano vase?
the piece is 9,5 cm high. the glass shines pink when i hold it against the light.
any ideas?

No answers, just a couple questions to think about. Seeing a raw pontil scar always makes me think twice whether a piece is Murano or not. Not that it's always an indicator one way or another. Also, being just 9.5cm it looks like possibly could have been a perfume bottle, any wear inside the neck or other evidence of once having a stopper?
Good luck with the search, -Buck

nice vase, I tend to agree with Murano due to the gold leaf. I would also think that at such a small size you might be looking at lampwork - so not bothered by an unfinished pontil mark. It may have had a curly stopper at one time though - in a contrasting colour. Salviati may be worth researching.

hi, many thanks for your comments!
i couldn't find any signs of usage inside the neck (the black stains on the photo is a gold foil).

In lampwork stoppers are usually held in place by gravity rather than a milled conus - the wall is not thick enough for mechanical intervention.

i just found a different shape with identical decor AND stopper - but no hint of the maker:
