Title: Czech? Chinese Uranium knobbly?

I LOVE this!  But not an expert on this glass which I think may be Czech.  Some ID help please.

Looks very similar to >> this vase (http://www.glassmessages.com/index.php/topic,48389.0.html) which Robert identified as Karlovarske Sklo ;)

Thanks folks. Good job I asked as I was thinking  Skrdlovice initially. I hadn't heard of Karlovarske Sklo, so something newly learnt.  Thank you. :)
