Title: Clear tangerine spatter vase

I am trying to clear up some more of my unknowns and hope to borrow the vast amount of knowledge on here.  This is a 23 x 11cm ruffle-topped moulded (?) spatter vase.
I hope I am not overloading the list but please blame it on beginner's enthusiasm.

We all had that beginner's enthusiasm once when we discovered this great board. :D
Reading the board rules helps if you are not sure:

Sorry, cannot help with your vase, but I am not sure if Spatter is the right term to describe it...

edit to add: a clear pic of the base is usually very helpful!
