Title: Uranium Glass and Metal Bowl Birds and Flowers

Another piece I cant find is this Uranium Glass Bowl with metal foot. 19.5cm wide 11cm at the highest. Another £1 buy  :) ;) (The metal needs a polish  ;D) Help and links appreciated. Thanks

I wouldn't polish the metal, you'll take the chrome off

Thanks for the help Lustrousstone. Will keep this one in the in the Unknown file for now. The birds are familiar though. ???

I'd agree - don't touch the chrome..............patination in whatever form should be cherished - it gives provenance to age. :)

It's safe in my hands  ;D I'm definitely not the polishing kind ! Could never understand people's love for brass and copper in the home. Silver I understand but brass & copper ???
