A glass bottle or jar with bakelite screw cap lid. 23.5cm high x 12.8cm wide x 8cm deep. Underside of base is embossed “ Brit Reg 795417”.

Should have been registered between 24 July 1934 and 7 August 1934
Is the number in the Blue Book, please? If so, would some kind member let me have the precise registration details. please?

no can see...........probably another CLASS 4. Will be early August 1934............There's a 795338 on 2nd Augst for United Dairies, then a 795455 on 7th August for Bagley.

perhaps someone was thinking of the Chrysler Building in New York when they designed this bottle. ;)
Reason for absence - CLASS 4 again!! Trust you can read the details. :) think this brings the 'Look Ups' up-to-date.

I think your link to the shape of the Chrysler Building in New York (completed in 1930) is perfectly plausible. In fact, there is a similar (but not identical) glass bottle in a Chrysler Building design online at
