Title: Some help on this Pipe and Cigar tray

I think this is a Pipe and Cigar tray.  The bottom has been pinched for the pipe to set.  Cut out for a cigar.  I have seen some saying they are Murano but colored.  I was wondering if this is crystal and not made by Murano.  Thanks
