Title: Is It Strathearn or is it Perthshire ?

Hi All
Just acquired this paperweight with a star shaped design, when I saw it on Ebay I thought it was a Strathearn but when it arrived it gave me second thoughts as the canes are quite detailed and I am wondering if it could be Perthshire. I think it is a one off piece and the base is flat and polished.
Any comments please ?

Hi.

I think it could be a trial Scotia 'Star' design - designed by (but not made by) Willie Manson around 1980.
