Title: Made In The U.S.S.R Sherry? Glasses...Labels - ID = Tarbeklaas, Estonia

Hello GMB members. Bought these a little while ago and though I should put them up.

4 Sherry? Glasses. Quite light weight by well made and a lovely shape. 2 have labels, Made In USSR & another label with a T; which I assume may be a makers label. I know I am not likely to get an id on them but in case, here they are!

From the same maker, presumably around the same time. This smoke glass jug and four tumblers were still in their original fitted box, the box's generic decoration looked typical for the 60s or 70s and sadly had no information on it at all.

Wonderful, thank you. The T is for Tarbeklaas, a glass maker in Estonia (now within the European Union).

Interesting, thanks Nev for finding the eBay listing. I have two tumblers/vases the same as those but mine are a peachy colour. I've long wondered who made them!

"Sherry" glasses and jug with glasses belong to the same set "Inna", produced throughout 70s and in the 80s. Designer - Mirjam Maasikas. Inna glassware set was available in Tarbeklaas signature brownish smoked glass colour and also green, peachy-pink and clear glass.

Peachy vase or glass belongs to the set "Valli", designer Pilvi Ojamaa. Were in production for a few years in the beginning of the 70s.
