Title: Red glass paperweight help requested. ID = Isle of Wight Studio Glass

I bought this paperweight earlier this week from a local charity shop. I immediately noticed the makers mark on the bottom, but I can't identify it. It looks like a C or a G. I think it's a makers mark, it looks too deliberate to be anything else. I like the rest of it too: a swirl of red glass and air bubbles. So, what do you think?

It's an Isle of Wight flame pontil mark 1974-1982
