Here is a colorful and unusual paperweight, but we are stymied as to who made it. Purchased it last weekend at a garage sale for a couple of bucks.
The paperweight measures about an inch and a half or so across and about an inch and a half high. Smallish with chips and roughness around the rim on the base. Also has some scratches and roughness to the dome.

At first glance, it looks pretty much like a Clichy to me!
I'll happily give you 'a couple of bucks' for it.

.. and I'll add a cent to that :!: :D

Thank you for the input. I'm pleased at where this paperweight was made and obviously, it's a real find. Of course, one lucky score at one garage sale doesn't mean it'll always be like that. After all, in 38 years of living, I've been to hundreds of garage sales and nary a Clichy to be found. The actual price I paid was $2.75.
