Hello can anyone help me Id this Scandinavian clear green glass vase. 29cm high 13cm diameter base. Thank you

Welcome to the GMB.

It might not be a vase, if not then most likely an 'up and over' carafe and it would have had a matching glass that sits over the neck acting like a stopper.
