Title: Help id’ing 3 oz. crystal juice glass.

Does anyone recognize this small juice glass?  It is 3 ¼” tall and hold a little under 4 oz.  The pattern on the sides and bottom are cut into the crystal and the bottom is ground smooth.  All seems have been ground smooth.  The pattern is similar to Anchor Hocking “Tartan” but deff not the same.  Any ideas?  I originally thought that it could be unmarked Waterford but now I’m not sure.
