Hi,
Can anyone tell me the make of this glass vase?
Measures 16cm high and 6cm deep at the widest. Has a polished pontil ground base unsigned.
Thank you,
Lee

Welcome to the GMB Lee.
It looks like your vase was made by Whitefriars, pattern number 9654, here it is in the 1969 catalogue: http://www.whitefriars.com/catalogues/contents.php?pageNum_catalogue=2&totalRows_catalogue=222&id=314
The size is about right and the colour looks like Indigo.

Thank you some much John! Thats so kind and helpful. I had a feeling it was Whitefriars but just a little unsure of my limited knowledge :-)
