Title: End of the day ? glass paperweight help please

hi
is this paperweight what they call end of the day. the bottle green colour makes me think it might be . but i have no idea of age or where it might have come from. rough pontil to base. i have seen on sold as a victorian dump paperweight. but i thought i would ask on here. any help would be greatfull

These were most likely made at the glass museum at Pilkington's in St Helens

i think we have had this discussion before on another weight. not sure if they were made by the workers for extra cash or to show people how they were made. are they still being made today so it could be any age ???

As far as I know they aren't making demo paperweights any more but the glass museum has been in existence a long while. I first went almost 30 years ago.
