Title: Glass plaque - fish - signed - millefiore

Could anyone tell me a little about this plaque - the signature looks like Anthony Stevens but I can't fully make it out.  The fish have millefiore eyes.

Hi Ian,
Just a possibility, I don't know if the piece fits or not, however, the signature could possibly be Anthony Stern.
