Title: Art Deco Vase like Bagley but not... Czech? - ID = Stölzle (Stoelzle)

Hi,
Looking for a fix on this vase. It's about 22cm high and reminds me of Bagley apart from those feet. I'm a bit stumped. Does anyone out there recognise it?

It's Stölzle (Stoelzle) 1930s ish. No. 19249 and made at Heřmanova huť (a Czech Stölzle factory)
