Title: Floriform submerged vase ?Murano
Post by: Joscyn on September 15, 2013, 08:28:09 AM
I am a bit more confident with this one as it looks very much like Murano but, then again, I have been surprised by all the other places that this sort of technique has been used.  It is smokey brown glass submerged in much thicker clear outer.
Please let me know if I have any of the terminology wrong!
Yours sincerely,
Ian

I have the same bowl, different colourway, with an AVEM Murano label (at least I think it is)

Thank you, Michael, it is nice to know that I have at least started being able to recognise the country of origin as a beginner!
