Title: E. C. Minas Anniversary Glass

Just recently received a clear glass relish dish.  Not sure if it is pressed glass or cut glass, but it has a flower on each end and each side with other dots and patterns and a diamond on the bottom with the inscription E. C. MINAS COMPANY 22nd Anniversary 1912.  I know EC Minas had a store in Hammond, IN and I am wondering if he sold this glass to celebrate the store's anniversary.  Any info would be appreciated.
