Title: controlled bubbles paperweight?

3 iches high by 3 1/2 inches across ,multi coloured swirls ground an polished pontil.could this be whitefriars ?any help at all would be appreciated,many thanks

Whitefriars, made by Ray Annenberg towards the end '78 ish
9851 I think?
