Title: Green and Gold and Silver Small Vase

Is it possible to identify this small vase, please?  It's 16cm tall and 7.5cm across the top.  There is little wear to the base and has a slightly rough pontil mark.  The base is slightly concave. 

Looking through it at the sun the silver becomes gold.
