Title: Wavy Glass Vase - Looks Scandinavian - Any Help with Maker?

Hi. This looks Scandinavian to me but I am unsure. It stands 6" tall with a 4 5/8" diameter at opening. Unusual color green but it does not glow. Polished base with lots of wear to the rim. Can anyone ID it? Thanks so much for looking.  :)

With a base like that I would be thinking SKLO.   A profile(side on) shot would be handy.
