Title: is this a wedgwood / dartington piece help please

thought this might be a wedgwood / Dartington piece. think it might be a large candle holder any help would be greatfull

not a Wedgwood piece I'm fairly sure.           Susan Tobin writes (re Charles and Diana Royal commemoratives) that..........."The only item unique to the collection was the first and only two-handled loving cup made by Wedgwood Glass.       It was amethyst with clear glass handles etc.".
It's sort of tankard shape with two large looping handles, not like your piece, unfortunately.

Although Dartington made some Indigo pieces, I think the colour of this one is too dark for that.

it's easy to assume a connection with Wedgwood whenever this type of colour is seen - done it myself.............they produced their more commonly seen 'smoky blue' and possibly the less common 'sapphire blue', altough these are perhaps less dense than the piece in this post.

just thought it looked like a quality item and great colour. just a charity shop buy so not expensive
